Ka uru ki te māia, ka puta ko te mana.
Courage in, Mana out.

Our Vision
Mana Rugby exists to support the education, wellbeing and development of rangatahi with connections to Aotearoa, wherever they live.
As a charitable trust and not-for-profit organisation, we create safe, inclusive opportunities through rugby, kaupapa Māori, cultural learning, mentoring and shared experiences. Our kaupapa strengthens identity, confidence, hauora, leadership and whanaungatanga, connecting rangatahi and whānau to personal growth, learning and pathways for life.
We help each young person stand tall in who they are, where they come from and what they can contribute.

Our Team.
At Mana Rugby, we are committed to supporting rangatahi, strengthening whānau and building connected, confident communities. As a charitable trust and not-for-profit organisation, we use rugby as a pathway for education, cultural learning, personal development and positive opportunity. Guided by our Pou Kaitiaki, we work together to create safe, inclusive and meaningful experiences for every young person involved.
Our coaches, volunteers and support staff bring lived experience, rugby knowledge, cultural understanding and strong connections across Aotearoa and around the world. Together, we focus on hauora, leadership, identity, confidence and development. Through manaakitanga, kotahitanga, kaitiakitanga and whanaungatanga, we support rangatahi to grow on and off the field while remaining connected to their whānau, culture and communities.
